Looks like they are going bust,
Share price has fallen from over £3 to 3p
From the brief bit of research I have done they tried to expand to fast and have been caught out by the lower Bitcoin price.
They opened or are trying to open a facility in Texas but now require emergency funding as they are in serious trouble.

I was watching as they are trying to show it was a pyramid scam.
