So i have no problems sharing some of the stuff I am going through.. I have my court case in under a hour... in fact I need to log on it about 20 minutes. So wish me luck.

As for paypal. well. thats another story. One battle at a time.

Here I go. I will tell you how this court case works out after. But I suspect I will be full of adrenaline and might possibly crash win or loose after.

You will win today Jon, just like Scotland will win the rugby match in France this weekend.

Good luck from us all.

Over 2 hours!

And I won!!!! Will now relax but wanted to type here the outcome.

The defendant was in TEARS. And whilst normally I wouldn't boast or be happy, the fact of being accused of some skumbaggy things! Whilst trying to cover their a55. No sympathy to those dirtbags

Happy days, you just never know with the courts, in my experience which admittedly has only ever been motoring offences it's a bit of a white collar racket, you pay a solicitor thousands for the ability to pay a fine of hundreds at a fiver a week.

I can tell you this, I was not expecting to win. Especially after being drilled and what I felt ( ripped apart ) at the beginning. Asking about things I never considered which thankfully had no weight but made me feel and look stupid. Such as why ( note it was late on a Sunday ) we did not use our normal insurance company and only took out a 7 day policy. Things like that shook me. And not knowing the insurance company's details.. again kind of irrelevant but still.

However because of a breach in contract I won. And not just by a inch by a mile.

I was so dang relieved.

Now i need to clean the dang car, get it started and hope that it moves and is not locked on with the brakes. She has 7 days after the 10th of March to collect it. and 21 to pay. But I believe that is my next battle with this court stuff. However who knows.

I won but still have no money from that . So argh.

Hi Jon,
Just watched the 12th giveaway video and listened to you talk about the case.
First of all - brilliant result!
It’s so important people stand up to con artists, you have carried out good public service by seeking justice.

I was wondering, if they don’t pay within the due date are you going to seek a county court judgement and the sheriffs (balliffs) to go after the money?
I think it costs a little but well worth it.
Plus a county court judgement often destroys someone’s credit score.

I am so glad that justice was served!

Thanks bud,

One milestone at a time. I need to get this car moving first. The defendant stated she did not have the money, ( its a long story ) but I have a potential other party I could involve.

If it comes to using a county court bailiff or high court bailiff than yes I will persue it. She is working and living with a civil servant, so damaging the credit on that propterty would not be a good idea for the civil servant.

I am prepared to take this as far as it can.. and get my money back. As I did with the fake Arbe Kaya Cast Machine... I managed to get the manufacture in the USA to write a document on their letter head paper stating it is indeed a fake and explaining why. So I got that win. Now how the heck can I free up the brakes on this car.. The brakes and clutch share the same fluid. And now the pedals are dropping. Argh. I will need to top them up and plug a leak temp. All this before the 10th.
