Another classic kookaburra beauty

Picked this little chap up for a good price. I am old school, and think Perth Mint is the best.

He's very cute, Quokky, and the Perth Mint is wonderful - but the RAM are also amazing. In fact, I think they have the edge.

Is it a reeded edge?

We all like weird things, yet none of us will accept that... We will fight till the end of our 9 or crazy quokka life to defend that.

But what is great is variety. And as such it is really nice to have that option.

It like kooks do have a few but want more

Speaking of which. @Periodic Table IF and When the Scouts sell their cookies. You better believe me when I say you MUST buy a few boxes and I will have them shipped here. All at my expense.. I FREAKEN miss the Samoa cookies!!! Got it!

@Admin I have heard of the song, we used to sing it junior school as a round. It was the video, and your knowing there was one.

@admin, I enjoyed that video. The Girl Scouts still come door to door or set up at a grocery store. Will consider getting you a few boxes of Samoa cookies on their next drive.

I have not idea what the cost is these days, Yes I sound old.. and am old.

But I would love to get a medium sized box. Get 4 boxes of those Samaos and a couple mints too.

Yep that is fine..
Depending on the size of the box you can get... would be my main question... but that is about £5.00 which is not bad.... And plus... OOOh I have not had one in over a DECADE.

I have York peppermint patties here ... and a whole big box on the way too.... LOL

There are 32 Thin Mint cookies per box and 15 Samoa cookies per box. I just found that their drive ended in April. I'll go to the Scout website to see if there are any local drives left. Keep your Nutter Butter fingers crossed.

Being as ignorant as I am about kookaburra coins, I have to say that these older issues have a real charm to them.

I agree! I love the different poses. Same for the koalas. Not as fancy as a Germania Mint coin, but I like them.

I totally agree @ArcaneCollector Quokkas are mega cute! My nephew lives in Queensland, but sadly there are no quokkas in his area, so I'm not visiting
