@Bondie , that was brilliant. I did watch to the end and never saw that coming.
My two have no awareness at all, they never watch themselves in the mirror - although it could be that they have sussed that there's nothing worth paying attention to as they do take notice of real cats.

The ending intrigued me as much as the mirror intrigued the cat.
