A Day At The Park Empty A Day At The Park

Sun Jul 09, 2023 2:12 am
Hello Guys
When I am not at a coin show I do other things like taking photo at the park here in Florida. Here is a photo
of one of my days at the park down in Tarpon Springs.

Excellent shot of the alligator @AVG!  Although I haven't been to Florida since the '70s, I enjoy watching wildlife videos of the state. Recent videos have been about people who capture Burmese pythons that are invasive in the Everglades.

Here in Virginia, I've biked the trails of the Great Dismal Swamp. Plenty of snakes there hanging all over the trees.

I think the phrase "I've got my beady eye on you" was coined to describe that look. Hope you have a nice long lens.

I have been into photography for years going back to 1960. I am on the DPReview forum for many years.
I still use my Olympus E-M 1 camera and 40-150 long lens. Have many photo's of wild life.

A friend of mine went to Florida as part of a photography class. From my eyes, she learned well when I saw her beautiful pictures.

I've been to a number of airline and train shows where there were slide auctions or straight up purchases. It was funny because all of us guys would salivate like it was transportation porn. Laughing

I can not take pictures of my own poured silver to save my life!

They always turn out horrible. Ask any customer.

But the piece made is so much better and different. I think I focus or tend to always focus on the worst part of the silver..

@Admin, pictures or videos, you have the best videography I've ever seen. Your focus is close and clear.

Thanks both of you, but my pictures are rubbish... I see things in the pictures that I do not see under a microscope or even the naked eye. I might change a camera for my stills

I might have to send you a piece and see if you can get better pictures than me..

Before I buy another piece.
