That knight is armored to the teeth. I can only imagine the amount of training these knights had to endure a battle.

It's the poor horse I feel sorry for, he's got to carry that heavy lump around and he's all armoured up as well.

apparently it is about 2-300 lbs of weight total including the rider that the horse kitted out carries.
Much less than a modern man ( LOL) sitting on one of these guys would today.
