Thanks for presenting this new pic. Unfortunately, I'll pass on this Valkyrie as well as any future ones.

Although I bought Hildegard, her breast plate is unrealistic. No doubt, the Germania designers are focused on sexualized creations like those found in video games.

Not sure what has happened with them lately. Ostara I do have but I'm not overly keen on it. I have got the two Knights of the past but all that gold on the new one is over done . I would have to see one first to say what it looks like on a proper coin before I decide if I get it

I understand what you mean. Moving forward, I'll just purchase their bars.

I have the leaves, and I'll continue with the Beasts, but other than that I don't find the products appealing now.

There are much better mint around at the moment, I don't care for the direction they're going in. Hopefully they will reprieve themselves with the new beast. Whenever that is released, hopefully not soon

I don't know what is going on with Germania Mint at the minute. Those Ruins were horrid. I know I know Martin sent me them but as you all know I will not lie. I didn't like them from the pictures and then upon receipt and looking at the price I was horrified.

The runes are horrific. Overtime, I bet their prices will drop by two thirds. Even then, I won't buy them.

Same thing I thought @Silverlocks. I'm a huge fan of ABBA and have two of their DVDs one CD along with a book and magazine. Agnetha is such a beautiful woman.

FREYJA is released mid feb, there will be 5 more releases in the goddess series this includes the male gods next year

I finally saw a reference to this the other day.  Thankfully it's not one of the Valkyrie coins, but a bar in a separate series.  By and large I'm not a fan of coloured coins and I also gave a miss to their 888 bar.  

I see silvertrader has the witches in now, although I'm not sure I'll get them.  The design of the seer is rather fanservicey although it's not an eyesore - but I do find softcore porn on coins is a bit of an odd juxtaposition, at least for ones not recovered from Pompeii.

I decided to buy this coin only because its the first. I like to see where it goes.
And the fact that the premium is so low.

That being said. I mentioned it in my video. My teenage boys I am sure would love this.... I am not going to encourage it though.

No, I haven't got any ancient coins (or any hammered coins at all, for that matter), although I might get an owl tetradrachm at some point.

I hope it is back to the roots
