The Hot Rod part of me has left a long time ago when I had my 260 Z. I now drive a Subaru at 83 years old .

I think the design is fitting to the franchise. Fast and Furious was a guilty pleasure when ti came out(I was in my teens then). I have matured since then but Fast and Furious seems to be stuck in its teenage entertainment era. Sort of grown up toys cartoon style aesthetic. as @The Cat's Mother said Im sure it will sell very well as there are a lot of teenagers in there 30's/40's these days.

I'm 30 something and drive a Mitsubishi Shogun. Most other Shogun drivers seem to be in there 60's, I seem to be aging before my years lol.

Omg what are they doing? Germania Mint has never been mainstream coins or rounds. Are they testing the market where there are so many other mints doing the same thing?

They've got a bit of a track record of doing partner issues - Knights of the Past was done with the Bank of Malta and there are a few others.  Given that the coin doesn't appear to have the double headed eagle device anywhere, I guess this was probably done as a bespoke job for Universal Studios.

The black Dodge Charger contrasts well against the silver but the headlights behind the stainless-steel mesh grille are too small. The instrument gauge on the other side looks cool. Still, even as a MOPAR guy, I won't buy into these muscle car releases.

Call me crazy, but I think the colour option looks better then the plane silver variant. It suites the design more, and kind of make more sense.
