It Is Not Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving is a long way off but this guy is by the front window almost every day. This is what you get here in Florida.
White meat for me only .

Are you planning to fatten it up for this year's Thanksgiving?

Back in 1980's I shot two wild turkey's upstate New York by my parents house. I don't think my mother and her friend liked
the job to clean them. So I put my shotgun away these days and find my turkey at Walmart .

Probably the best course @AVG . My father kept chickens, and every so often one would stop laying and be chosen for dinner - and plucking and cleaning them was a very messy job.

Fresh free range turkey.. how could you... get that shotgun back out. LOL I would
