Custom boxes for the Forum

What do you all think of a custom box for the forum?
To be fair any box you want has probably already been done. But here is a twist. We can have any box with the OD ( outer Diameter ) we want or need made. Normally this would be extremely costly. However a friend has been doing just that for a while. He has these made out of PLA or Plastic. These are 3d printed with Neodymium magnets and they can be stacked.

So you can show off and your collection in style.

The extra trays can be bought for bars, or round. I am serious if there is interest we will go ahead and buy some.

NEWS flash, I decided to order the First ever box regardless of what happens. I need to make sure they are strong and suitable.
So I used the image that Lightly made and that everyone liked.

No mention of AceBullion...

And they are in trays of 8 and will be 4 stackable trays,
So watch this space.

I would be interested in new inserts for my Queen's Beasts boxes to allow for the Completer coin, but I wouldn't want new boxes.
Also, Jon - please get your mate to delete the apostrophe in 'Half Sovereign's' - it's a plural, not a possessive.

I let him know and he queried it after he made it. Now he is aware.
Sadly he does not make inserts.
I am buying the box to showcase. It will be significantly cheaper than the wooden ones but I need to know if they are any good.
So I am not taking requests

This is the Beauty of this.

Yes it is 3d printed. But until I get my Order in, and test it with a few oz ... lol Need to really test it out.
Then I can not say for sure how it will be. But and here is a big but... I trust him. I despise that he is a dentist!!! And I hate that he works with lost wax and gold teeth all day.

But that is a totally different art. We bounced ideas off each other. And Yes I have a few 3d printers but I hate designing and I have no time to print massive orders.
He is fairly stretched and I said that once we have something we like, we might order. But I am as a trial.
After that the orders will flow monthly, This way it gives him time to do everything and us time to sort it all out.
I will run through those details IF and when it comes to it.

If the product is rubbish I will say so. No holds bar.

I've used these boxes (if it's the same person), and they are strong enough. There is lots of room for customisation.

 Overall they are great for storage and showing off your precious metals.

Definitely a thumbs up from me.

I think these are great, a big decider on whether i begin a series or not is whether a nice display box is available and I have a few series I would love a box to house them in so I'm hoping these work out well and look forward to the updates. Obviously not as premium as a nice flock lined wooden box but if the price reflects this I woud buy them.

I can let you know. If you have artwork for a cover or if your happy to have the Precious Metal forum logo on, is your choice.

They are not expensive, and are coming from a fellow lost wax caster. But I am going to review the first box that I ordered after I get the artwork sorted.

ok thank you Admin I was thinking just something simple that said " CAUTION ZOMBIES " or maybe a Biohazard symbol on it, would be a nice way to display the Zombuck set I have lol
