I don’t class it as an accident , speeding through a red light at between 40-50 mph is far from accidental .oops I went through a red light doesn’t cut it with me.
If he’d have got out of his car when I politely asked then I would have accidentally knocked his lights out .eye for an eye and all that jazz.

Maybe, now that the insurers are pursuing the matter, it would be as well not to muddy the waters by discussing the case too publicly. Save the details for your statement to them, when you can be as robust as you like, but bear in mind the insurers will be more interested in eye witness accounts that have been uncoached. From my recollection of the time I was rear-ended at traffic lights, I would suggest that your daughter starts writing down everything she can remember - time, weather conditions, location, position of vehicles on road, her own speed and reactions etc. It shouldn't contain any view about the condition of the other driver. The details will probably come back to her in chunks, and she can piece them together. Whatever you do, don't write it for her. Avoid claims farmers like the plague they are.

They are a nice collection I have all three , the pictures don’t do them justice .

So along with my recent purchase on the gandalf and frodo coin. I decided to buy the illustrated edition books for the hobbit and the 3 Lord of the rings.

Well done @Jazz , that looks to be a nice boxed set, and I hope you enjoy reading them. Take your time, Tolkien's writing is very involved.
