EBay coin sellers

Hi,
I would be interested if people can share eBay coin sellers thy have used and had positive experiences with?

The key criteria in my opinion are as follows -

* competitive prices
* delivery within a week (3 weeks for European sellers)
* item as described and as per photograph (this is critical)
* postal packaging and insurance suitable

I recently used a seller called km_coins who meet all the above for some 19th century European coins that came as described.

Hi, used a Spanish seller and had a positive experience
Picked up 2 fairly rare Mauritanian coins at a competitive price and they where as described.

2 weeks delivery to the uk and we’ll packaged, I thought that was rather good considering he offers free postage

Hi @SanMarino , these are really good links, and a recommendation from an actual customer is very useful indeed. I did have a look at the listings, and they looked interesting even though I don't collect older coins (my bank manager insists on this).

Coin is fine and real, tested it on the magnet slide, weight (it actually weighed 31.3g instead of 31.1 but I’m not sure these Chinese scales are exact) and do the ping test.

Price was competitive, under £30 including postage which was well packaged.

I simply wanted a 2023 Elizabeth Britannia to add to the collection, nice to have a seller with strong feedback and sells coin via auction so the price remains competitive

I have emailed the seller and told them about this review with a link in case they want to join the forum

@SanMarino , of course Martin still has 2023 QE Britannias .....

I would have used Martin if I wanted to do a larger purchase, for just 1 coin I tend to go with a eBay seller with strong feedback

Entirely a matter for you, but I have occasionally bought a coin elsewhere and then discovered that Martin had it in stock. I need to keep reminding myself to check there first.
