What exactly is Telegram?

Anybody use it? Is it any good?

Never heard of it.

have used it for chat, it is reasonable but like them all there are people spamming and scamming... otherwise used by all sorts; crypto groups, business people/politicians and the nefarious dealing on the black market

  I didnt comment because I thought the same. 

I have whatsapp and Signal 

Signal was a move from whatsapp after claims of data being sold was passed around. I have never had a issue with either.

yeah and wikr was compromised... the best story was that Anon app, setup by authorities to catch crims
