The real question is: how on earth did you drive it back from Derby and then round and about, without the wheels falling off? That's scary.

Yep! I didn't drive it back my wife did.  BOTH rear wheels are like this, and no it is not a wheel bearing. Check out this for a MOT fail list

https://www.check-mot.service.gov.uk/?_ga=2.30154559.1635628854.1660723560-190135258.1653507225

This is my MOT for the car!!! And I am just waiting for the report from the engineer/ mechanic who drove it to and from the garage... Needless to say he drove it really slow on the way back!

WOW

That is beyond dangerous, whoever sold you that car should be accountable for attempted man slaughter.

That car has been in a 40mph+ crash or a large vehicle has hit it from behind.

That damage is far more than a track rod end.

All the best with the next steps of fighting your corner, it’s important people stand up to fraudsters and bullies. Your doing the right thing and you have our full support.

If you see the MOT will see it has also been involved in a Front end crash.

YEP rear and front.

radiator in only by the bottom guides and bent! so if you go over a bump the Rad could come off and drag, the wiring harness is all over the place. the inspector had to wrap it over something before he drove it. LOL

Number plate is just because they replaced the front end and you can see that the plate and holder are brand new. The tape just came off.

This car is dangerous. The MOT removed it from the road immediately  So that is saying something from a vehicle that has never had even a advisory!
