I do not like it!
I think those who nought in bulk at the start hoped it would be great. But the Royal Mint destroyed our hopes

10oz coins don’t fit into my coin tube, not matter how hard I push. I’ll stick to 45mm or less.

Get a bigger coin tube.

I use empty Fox's Spices chef pots, and for an inordinate amount I could be persuaded to send one your way.

Well then, @Mike , you're starting. All of us only had one or two of anything at first.
. Just keep going, you'll soon need a chef pot. They have a lovely herb smell too.

I only have 1 10oz coin and in all honesty I don’t really like it.
I suppose it’s too big to be classed as a coin, more like an alternative bar.
Saying that the next coin I buy will be a 5oz Noah’s ark but with the £ being so weak it could be a long wait.

I read in a post on here - don’t know who sent it or what the subject was- but someone said something about peeling of the silver paper to get to the chocolatetray wrote:Wow that's large. I did wonder what the size difference was. I want one

I love that about this forum, you can get some really good advice, as I’ve had! and a little bit of banter thrown in

I have the Queen's Beasts in 10 oz, and they are really something. The Completer Coin is especially spectacular. They make wonderful drinks coasters.

I'm afraid that was me, in the thread about the Next Tudor Beast Yale of Beaufort. I can always be relied on to lower the tone.

Oh dear, I hope I haven't spoiled them for you.

We don't have much of a Christmas tree, not with two daft, over-energetic and very agile cats. We made the mistake of leaving them inside with one a few years ago, and the tree has been in the loft ever since .....

I have 2 10oz coins and they are amazing! But they are a challenge to store and that’s what puts me off. Compare it with a little sovereign which is worth more. But if I had a big gun safe I would get more.

Really wish I could afford the sovereigns. But alas I’m to poor. Still one day……ArcaneCollector wrote:I have 2 10oz coins and they are amazing!
