More Dragons

Found this one in the safe a small silver coin.
1 oz. silver high relief restrike 2023. 32mm X 2.75mm . Mintage 1,000
First time ever a Chinese mint laser etched the year, weight and purity on the rim of the coin. To small to photo copy.

Lovely. It looks like the Kiang Nan Dragon restrike coin issued in 2018 as part of a series of eight Dragon restrike coins. They weren't high relief, and had a mintage of 5,000, but the design looks to be identical.

you know your stuff . I bought the coin but did look into what it was. Dragons turn me on .

Don't tell your wife  @AVG , she may think you call her a dragon.
I recognised the coin because I have the original restrike set of eight.
Actually, I'm not sure that 'original restrike' really makes sense, but whatever.

I think I too have this set and it is awesome. I will have to dig it out and have a good look..
