Geiger & Kzoo Bullion
Mon Oct 23, 2023 6:42 pm
I purchased this Geiger one ouncer over a year ago. Thing is, I wanted a Geiger wooden case for it. Because Geiger doesn't ship to individuals and I couldn't find a case through main online dealers, I was about to give up the search. That is, until I communicated with Kzoo Bullion out of Midland, Michigan. They ordered some and viola! It arrived today.

That's pretty good service @Periodic Table , and the bar looks good in its box.

Is there anything particularly special about Geiger? I’ve never heard of them.

They are pretty well regarded refiners and producers of precious metal bars. Their trademark design is a picture of Schloss Guldengossa , which you can see on Steve's gold bar. Martin used to sell them (from memory, I bought one from him ages ago).

In addition to what TCM said about Geiger's standing among mints, my personal opinion is that I like their unique design. That's it in a nutshell.
