I've gotten into PMs a little while ago, and I found this forum.  A little while ago I got a camera and put a bit of effort into learning how to get nice macro shots of coins.  Dare say I'll post a few here from time to time.

Mostly I've got some sovs, but some other coins as well, a few circulated, plus a bit of small modern bullion.  And a bit of collectible silver, mainly because it's nice looking and photogenic.

Hello there. Nice to meet you - and it's good to see that someone else seems to be as fond of Durga as  @tray and I are.  It's a stunning photo of the coin too. There is a second Durga due out shortly.
It's good to see you posting as well: we seem to have a hard core of active members, who are great, but the wider membership doesn't do much. So far I have only five entrants in the Secret Santa (hint, hint), and that includes myself and Admin. Perhaps you could go on the Chatline at weekends. It's a great way of spending a lot of time.

I got mine from Silvertrader, and I guess the 2024 will make an appearance there at some point. I think sometime I'll take another whack at it with better lighting; although the photo shows the relief, the lighting looks a bit dull when you render it on a browser.

I'm sure the knights will turn up at some point. I've got some on order from elsewhere. In related news, he's got all the Mythical Forest except the Oak leaf - which can be gotten off ebay at a price if you're despereate.

Update to my delivery dates for durga 2024- 10/11 moved to 20/11 now moved to 10/12/23.

Looks like maybe will be an Xmas present just, at this rate. Coming from EU.
