Pressburg Mint Delays?

Hi all,

Has anyone had any experience of ordering through Pressburg Mint recently?

I placed an order on 7th January, received an order confirmation shortly afterwards with a note that they will send me tracking information shortly.

I sent a chaser email on 14th January and I have heard nothing back.

Is this usual for them?

I've never ordered from them direct, but I did order one of their rounds via WOPA+ on 31st December, along with another coin. The other coin has arrived, but I haven't yet heard from Pressburg. It may be that they are very slow, but if I don't hear by the end of the month I will get back to WOPA+.

I placed another order with them last week and have my new order here.
