Fascinating, I thought all the Cornish tin mines had closed long ago. Is the panning for tin then? That seems incredibly labour-intensive!

They have all gone, Geevor is a a museum, but they have alot of the workings and you can go in a small part of the mine. Most of it was below sea level so they let it flood
The mine next door is national trust that has a working engine inside both great to see
