Ukraine Solidarité Medal

Please see the link below to the Monnaie de Paris medal in support of the Red Cross for the Ukraine. They cost €10 (not silver, obviously, of which €8 will go to the Red Cross to provide humanitarian support to the Ukraine. I've not tried to buy any yet, but they look like a Good Thing. I'll update when I've one through the process.

Update: I tried to buy. There is a maximum of one medal per customer, and I could not find the UK (or Great Britain or England) in the list of eligible countries. I have raised this as a query with the mint. Pretty much everywhere else in the world is included though.

I tried also, the system allows purchase, yet from every country in the world nominated, delivery to UK is absent - very very strange.

The Paris Mint has not been selling to UK on their website since Brexit.
They will send you an invoice which when paid will be dispatched (or this was the case 6 months ago).

I might have known! Punish les Rosbifs for their temerity. Oddly, they do ship to the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man and Gibraltar, which aren't in the EU either.

Still no reply, and I'm not holding my breath frankly, but I have had a reminder to complete my purchase. Which I'm not going to do given that I can't enter my address.

Well, still no reply so I reckon that it isn't going to happen. The medals should still be available to anyone outside the UK though, and I'm sure the Red Cross will welcome all donations, whether through the Mint or otherwise.
Also - the Forum masthead is in the blue and gold colours of the Ukraine. Quite prescient there @Admin
