The Royal Mint produces nice pieces, but as a professional company I have had problems with them. 1) Would not allow me to use the money in my wallet. 2) Terrible almost open packages. 3) So many coins unavailable, because they had sold them on to European and American outlets. Maybe I'm just unlucky, but I pass on them.

Look ok but the blurb read’s two coins at .999 and one at .925 surely that’s a cock up . The coin clearly states .999 . Are they really that poor on checkin stuff they put to print ?

@Mcb2007 You make a good point, that coin clearly is shown as 999. 

But  @ShortJohnSilver I am not sure if it is good or bad. 

My pro's vrs con's 

Pro - Limited to 1000,    Proof coins,    3 coins,   Cost of BU for 3 is about £105

Con - Unknown, WW2 to 2020 hmm,   Would this be collectable? If so why are they not already sold out? 


Overall it is a very tough choice. I am not sure but I like the presentation. I might and I say MIGHT buy a set.

I was tempted at the price for the fact they are proof coins , but I only really like the middle one the other two have no great appeal to me aesthetically.

Those are Some Very cool looking coins at this. Current time I’m not. Buying anything from the. Royal mint but the coin set is. Very neat thx. For. Sharing
